Honoring Wake Forest’s Distinguished Alumni

In continuing its partnership with Wake Forest University, Production worked to provide scenic and technical assets for two weekend alumni engagement events. Friday’s Distinguished Alumni honored two alumni for their achievements and extraordinary service to the University. After Friday's event, CSMP flipped the room to provide a new backdrop for Saturday’s Benefactor Brunch, which hosted 325 benefactors and scholarship recipients the following morning. Production utilized a different scenic background and lighting package from Friday's event to give Saturday its own look and feel to those in attendance for the brunch. Over the course of 48 hours, CSMP transformed the on-campus gymnasium twice to create an elegant space for two unique events.
