The Dog & Pony Awards

At last week's annual CSM Production "Dog & Pony Awards," several members of the CSMP team were recognized for milestone service anniversaries for 5, 10, and 15 years with CSM, respectively.

Michelle Phillips, Tehzeeb Nieberg and Clay Kincaid were all recognized for five years of service. Evelyn Stone and Meredith Rogers celebrated their 10-year anniversaries with CSM, while Jim Ablard and Matt Davis joined the "15-year" club with the company!

Each service milestone at CSMP is commemorated by presenting the recipient with a glass bus, a reference to the Jim Collins book, "Good to Great," where in order to be successful, first you have to get the right people on the bus.

CSMP President and CEO Jay Howard also presented several awards celebrating the people of CSM Production.

  • Rookie(s) of the Year: Brandon Robinson (Experiential) and Jonathan Hammontree (IT)

  • Driver of the Year: All of Them! (Eddie White, William Navey, Brad Stokes, Trevor Jewett, Jeff Hohenboken, Luiz DeBacellar, John Sheppard, Franklin Eaglebarger and Anthony Lewis)

  • Unsung Hero: John Hawley (Operations)

  • The “Bert” Award, given in honor of the late Bert Howard, who “just loved coming to work.”: Chris Luce (Experiential)
