Burnouts on Broadway

On any given night in Nashville, the streets of Broadway are filled with the sounds of musicians playing on the stages of every honky-tonk in the entertainment district. However, on December 1, the music was drowned out by the sounds of revving engines and screeching tires during NASCAR's Burnouts on Broadway, held as part of Champion’s Week. CSM Production was on-site to oversee, manage and coordinate production details for the made-for-television event, televised by NBC Sports.

CSMP was responsible for multiple elements of the production, including audio, mobile video trucks, lighting structures, signage and logistics. CSMP also provided NASCAR on NBC with a 22’ mobile broadcast stage, and managed the run of show, which featured 19 drivers “burning rubber” and lighting up Broadway in a way that was quite a change from the avenue’s traditional neon signs!
