 TEN QUESTIONS WITH KRISTIN

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

“If you don’t like where you are, move. You are not a tree.”

What’s one thing on your bucket list you’ve yet to accomplish?

I really want to go to Italy. My maternal grandparents are both from Italy. They’re both deceased and I never got to visit before they passed. My husband and I are hoping to go for our five year anniversary.

What’s the most rewarding thing about working at CSM Production?

Outside of getting to travel, and see cool things and the materialistic pieces of the job, the people here are very close and tight-knit. The people are truly the most rewarding thing about CSM Production.

What is your caffeinated beverage of choice?

I’m hot on a Venti Americano with two pumps of Brown Sugar, and cold foam. Hot drink, cold foam right now. It’s really good! The foam cools it down so you can drink it right away.

If you could have dinner with any three people, living, dead or fictional, who would you have dinner with?

For sure Dave Grohl from the Foo Fighters, because I think he’s a super rad dude. Then Iron Man — maybe actually Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, and my grandmother — she’d be the one who cooked.

If a movie was made about your life, who would play you and what genre would the movie be?

It would definitely be a comedy! [laughs] But I think Kristen Wiig or Amy Schumer would play me. It’d have to be someone funny who doesn’t take themselves too seriously!

What’s your favorite sandwich?

I love a porchetta from a good Italian deli with some broccoli rabe on it.

If you were going to sail around the world…
First of all, no, because everyone in this office knows I have an irrational fear of cruise ships. Why are they so big? How do they float? I don’t like them.
…what would the name of your boat be?
The name of the boat would be “Nope.” [laughs]

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A doctor. When I was little, my grandfather had to have open heart surgery. I wanted to be a cardiac thoracic surgeon, because that was all I knew. I ended up with a psychology degree so I could take the MCAT without being pre-med. Clearly that didn’t pan out for me…

What’s the last television show you binged watched?

The Morning Show on Apple TV. If Big Bang Theory is on tv, no matter how many times I’ve seen an episode, I’m going to sit down and watch it.
