NASCAR Takes to the Dirt at Bristol

Last month marked the first-ever NASCAR dirt race at Bristol Motor Speedway, with over 2,000 truckloads of dirt brought in to convert the half-mile concrete oval to a temporary dirt track. While fan anticipation was at peak level to see the cars and trucks hit the dirt for multiple races over the weekend, the races commenced on Monday after weather delays.

The CSM Production team was on hand to assist with driver introductions and flyover management, and we created a custom stage with LED backdrop and lighting for the National Anthem. Our custom video cart appeared in Victory Lane for Zoom interviews with the winners of each race. The Ford Performance display also made its debut for the 2021 season at Bristol and will be traveling to several more races on the circuit.

NASCAR has already announced the return of the dirt race at Bristol Motor Speedway for the 2022 season.
