Everything’s Bigger in Texas at Sunbelt Rentals

They say everything is bigger in Texas, and that statement certainly held true for CSMP Production at the Sunbelt Rentals two-day general leadership meeting, held recently at Dallas’ Gaylord Texan hotel.

CSM Production assisted in the set-up and decor of the event’s registration, the two-day General Session meetings (scenic, lighting, AV) Stage management and more. CSMP was also responsible for set-up and installation for a portion of the "off-sites" that took place after General Session Day 1. These "off-sites" were hosted at six local Sunbelt locations, which CSMP had a part in 3 of them. The Sunbelt team traveled to these locations as “break-outs”; and one break out was for Sunbelt's 'Talent' team. CSM assisted in these 'Talent Structures' to help "paint” the process of what it is like to become a Sunbelt team member (from hiring, to training, and to the job assignment itself.)

It was a full-team effort by production, as the fab shop was called in at the last minute last minute to produce giant 3-D stage letters after a local vendor was unable to create them in time. The letters were produced and arrived in Texas with time to spare!
