Augmenting the Charlotte Hornets’ Reality

There’s been a definite “Buzz” in the arena during Charlotte Hornets home games this season. Throughout the 2022-23 NBA Season, CSMP has supported an augmented reality experience activation for Spectrum Mobile at the Hornets’ home arena, the Spectrum Center. Working alongside a third-party augmented reality company, Production is able to get fans “into the game,” interacting with elements including flying Hornets logos and the Hornets mascot, Hugo the Hornet. The activation has proven to be a popular experience for fans, with hundreds participating during each home game.
